Sutton Spot Weld Drills, designed for vehicle body repairs, ensure quick and precise drilling through auto panel spot welds to release damaged panels for replacement. Featuring a spur point, they cut through one panel's weld while leaving only a slight mark on the second. The centre nib allows accurate positioning and reduced drilling pressure, preventing work hardening. Suitable for hand drills and spot weld pneumatic disconnectors, they operate at 500-800 RPM. Made from HSS CoBalt, the 8% cobalt formula enhances heat resistance and strength.
